January 4, 2010 public hearing notice

CENTERVILLE CITY COUNCIL
ZONING CODE TEXT AMENDMENT

Notice is hereby given that the Centerville City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, January 4, 2011, beginning at 7:00 p.m., or as soon as the matter may be heard, in the City Council Chambers at the Centerville City Hall Building, 250 North Main Street, Centerville, to consider modifying the Zoning Code in regard to “Park Strips” and what is allowable in the public right-of-way.  Changes are proposed for Section 12-12-040-Definitions, Section 12-51-070(a)(6) & 12-51-070(f)(2)-Landscaping Requirements, Section 12-63-070(c)- Parrish Lane Streetscape Standards; and Section 12-55-230 – Visual Obstructions.  In the near future, the City Council will review the Municipal Code, Section 11-373-Park Strips.
