Notice is hereby given that the Centerville City Planning Commission will accept Public Comment on Wednesday, March 24, 2004, at 8:05 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, at the Centerville City Hall Building in the City Council Chambers, 250 North Main Street, Centerville, in consideration of a zoning map amendment from R-M to R-M (PD), conditional use permit and conceptual subdivision for the Silver Oaks Development, which consists of 36 single-family units, on 5 acres of land located at approximately Chase Lane and Frontage Road.
