CENTERVILLE CITY NOTICE OF
PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER AMENDMENT
OF THE FLORENTINE VILLAS SUBDIVISION
April 6, 2004
Notice is hereby given that the Centerville City Council will hold a public hearing for the purpose of soliciting public comment on a petition submitted by Centerville City to amend the Florentine Villas Subdivision by dividing Lot A into two lots to allow for the proposed city park and library to each be located on a separate lot.
Anyone objecting to the proposed plat change may file a written objection to the change within ten days of the date of this notice. Please submit written objections by April 16, 2004 to Cory Snyder, Community Development Director, 655 North 1250 West, Centerville, Utah. If any objections are received, the hearing will be held Tuesday, April 20, 2004 at 7:20 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, before the Centerville City Council in the Council Chambers of the Centerville City Hall, 250 North Main, Centerville, Utah.
