Notice is hereby given that the Centerville City Planning Commission will accept Public Comment on Wednesday, April 21, 2004, at 7:05 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, at the Centerville City Hall Building in the City Council Chambers, 250 North Main Street, Centerville, to amend the Florentine Villas Subdivision plat by dividing Lot A into two lots to allow for the proposed city park and library to each be located on a separate lot, located at approximately 100 North 400 West in the FVSD Zone.
The public is cordially invited to attend this meeting and comment. Your input on this matter is very important. Anyone desiring further information about this proposal may call Adam Bowler, Planning Assistant at 292-8232 during regular business hours.
