NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON AMENDMENTS
TO THE ZONING CODE
The Centerville City Council will a hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 21, 2004 at 7:20 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, at the Centerville City Hall Building, 250 North Main Street, to consider amendments to the Centerville City Zoning Ordinance, Chapter 12-330-2(5)(D) - Hillside Overlay, Fault Line Setback Requirement of 50 feet; Chapter 12-12 - Definitions - “Buildable Area, Minimum;” and Chapter 12-51-070(g) - Landscaping for Nonresidential Projects
All interested persons are invited to attend this hearing to comment on these proposed changes to the Centerville City Zoning Ordinance. A copy of the draft changes will be available at the Centerville City Hall, 250 North Main Street.
