Minutes of the Centerville City Redevelopment Agency meeting held Tuesday, February 18, 2003 at 10:00 p.m. in the Centerville City Council Chambers, 250 North Main Street, Centerville, Utah.

MINUTES REVIEW AND ACCEPTANCE

The minutes of the February 4, 2003 RDA meeting were reviewed. Director Gold made a motion to approve the minutes. The motion was seconded by Director Gill and passed by unanimous vote (5-0).

CLOSED MEETING

At 10:05 Director Gold made a motion to go into a closed meeting to discuss the potential sale of RDA property. The motion was seconded by Vice Chairman Layton and passed by unanimous vote (5-0).

At 10:05 p.m. a closed RDA meeting was held to discuss the potential sale of property. In attendance were: Chairman Deamer; Vice Chairman Layton; Steve Thacker, Executive Director; Blaine Lutz, Finance Director; Directors Gold, Gill, Randall and Smith; and Karrie Carlson, Recording Secretary.

At 10:25 p.m. the meeting was adjourned.
