NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a public hearing to be held in the City Council Chambers of the Centerville Community Center and City Hall Building, 250 North Main, Centerville, Utah, on April 5, 2005 at 7:20 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, before the City Council of Centerville City pertaining to the request to amend the zoning map of Centerville by reclassifying property from R-M (Residential-Medium) to C-M (Commercial-Medium) as requested under an application from Maureen Huffaker dated January 27, 2005 pertaining to property located at approximately 134 South Main Street, which is more particularly described as follows in Centerville City, Davis County, Utah:
Beginning 5.935 Chains N and S 89°59' W 24.92 feet from the SE corner of Lot 8, Block 21, Plat BC Centerville Township Survey; W 201.94 feet; N 16°12'43" W 73.19 feet; E 3.75 chains; S 45.37 feet to a point on a 25.00 foot radius curve to the right 39.19 feet to beginning. Contains 0.38 acres.
Development of the property is for construction of a commercial office building and will be subject to conditions imposed by the City in conjunction with the rezoning.
