Minutes of the Municipal Building Authority of Centerville City meeting held Tuesday, June 15, 2004 at 10:55 p.m. in the Centerville City Council Chambers, 250 North Main Street, Centerville, Utah.


MEMBERS PRESENT:


President: Michael L. Deamer


Vice President: Debbie L. Randall


Trustees: Paul Cutler


Jack Dellastatious


David R. Gutke


R. Dean Layton



STAFF PRESENT: Steve H. Thacker, City Manager


Blaine Lutz, Finance Director


Lisa Romney, Deputy City Attorney


Karrie Carlson, Recording Secretary


MINUTES REVIEW AND ACCEPTANCE


The minutes of the May 4, 2004 MBA meeting were reviewed. Trustee Gutke made a motion to approve the minutes. The motion was seconded by Vice President Randall and passed by unanimous vote (5-0).


The minutes of the June 1, 2004 MBA meeting were reviewed. Trustee Gutke made a motion to approve the minutes. The motion was seconded by Vice President Randall and passed by unanimous vote (5-0).


MBA FY 2004-2005 BUDGET – MBA RESOLUTION No. 2004-01


Trustee Cutler made a motion to approve MBA Resolution No. 2004-01 adopting the FY 2004-2005 Budget for the Municipal Building Authority of Centerville City effective July 1, 2004. The motion was seconded by Vice President Randall and passed by unanimous roll-call vote (5-0).


At 10:58 p.m. the meeting was adjourned.
