PUBLIC HEARING
ZONE MAP AMENDMENT
Notice is hereby given that the Centerville City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 2, 2006 beginning at 7:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, at the Centerville City Hall in the Council Chambers, 250 North Main Street, Centerville, to consider a zone map amendment for property located on the northeast corner of the intersection of 400 West and 1000 North (Chase Lane) from A-L (agricultural-low) to R-L (residential-low) for a new four-lot subdivision.
The public is invited to attend this meeting and comment. Anyone desiring further information about this proposal may call the Planning Department at 292-8232 during regular business hours.
