ZONE MAP AMENDMENT FOR THE
WEST CENTERVILLE GATEWAY DISTRICT AREA
Notice is hereby given that the Centerville City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, December 4, 2007 at approximately 7:45 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, at the Centerville City Hall Building in the City Council Chambers, 250 North Main Street, Centerville, to consider changes to the City’s Zoning Map for several properties located in the West Centerville Gateway District Area (Parrish Lane and 1250 West). Zoning changes include the following types: I-H to C-VH; A-L to C-VH; PF-H to C-VH and I-M to A-L.
The public is cordially invited to attend this meeting and comment. Your input on this matter is very important. Anyone desiring further information about this proposal may call the Planning Department at 292-8232 during regular business hours.
