Notice is hereby given that the Centerville City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, April 23, 2008, beginning at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, at the Centerville City Hall Building in the City Council Chambers, 250 North Main Street, in consideration of an amendment to the conditional use permit for Never Better Auto. The amendment consists of using additional parking for the used auto sales business located at the Dave’s Import Auto Service site, 335 South Frontage Road in the C-VH Zone.
The public is cordially invited to attend this meeting and comment. Your input on this matter is very important. Anyone desiring further information about this proposal may call the Planning Department at 292-8232 during regular business hours.
