NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE CENTERVILLE CITY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT WILL HOLD A PUBLIC MEETING AT 7:00 P.M., WEDNESDAY, MAY 7, 2008 AT THE CENTERVILLE CITY COMMUNITY CENTER AND CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS, 250 NORTH MAIN STREET, CENTERVILLE, UTAH. THE AGENDA SHALL CONSIST OF THE FOLLOWING:
Centerville City, in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, provides accommodations and auxiliary communicative aids and services for all those citizens in need of assistance. Persons requesting these accommodations for City-sponsored public meetings, services, programs or events should call Blaine Lutz, Centerville Finance Director, at 295-3477, giving at least 24 hours notice prior to the meeting.

1. PUBLIC COMMENT – DETERMINE LEGAL EXISTENCE AND MODIFICATION OF NONCONFORMITY OF THE A-1 CENTERVILLE STORAGE DEVELOPMENT – 200 NORTH 1150 WEST
Determine legal existence and modification to their facility to include constructing additional storage units for the A-1 Centerville Storage site, located at approximately 200 North 1150 West in the I-H Zone. Stephen Garner, Property Owner & Applicant
