MINUTES REVIEW AND ACCEPTANCE

The minutes of the June 5, 2007 MBA meeting were reviewed.  Trustee Gutke made a motion to approve the minutes.  The motion was seconded by Trustee Allen and passed by unanimous vote (5-0).

MBA FY 2007-2008 TENTATIVE BUDGET – MBA RESOLUTION No. 2007-01

Trustee Gutke made a motion to approve MBA Resolution No. 2007-01 adopting the Fiscal Year 2007-2008 Budget for the Municipal Building Authority of Centerville City effective July 1, 2007.  The motion was seconded by Trustee Allen and passed by unanimous roll-call vote (5-0).

At 10:54 p.m. Vice President Dellastatious made a motion to adjourn the meeting.  The motion was seconded by Trustee Allen and passed by unanimous vote (5-0).
