 MINUTES REVIEW AND ACCEPTANCE

 The minutes of the May 6, 2008 MBA meeting were reviewed. Trustee Lindstrom made a Motion to approve the minutes. The motion was seconded by Trustee Wright and passed by unanimous vote (5-0).

 ELECT OFFICER FOR MBA FOR 2008-2009

 President Russell made a motion to appoint Lawrence Wright as the Vice President of the Municipal Building Authority of Centerville City. The motion was seconded by Trustee Wright and passed by unanimous vote (5-0).

 PUBLIC HEARING ON MBA FY 2008-2009 TENTATIVE BUDGET

 Blaine Lutz, Finance Director, reviewed the proposed Budget for the Municipal Building Authority of Centerville City. He explained this shows the administration of the repayment of the bonds for City Hall.

 At 7:43 p.m. President Russell opened the public hearing. Seeing no one wishing to comment, he closed the public hearing.

 AT 7:43 p.m. the meeting was adjourned.
