CENTERVILLE CITY COUNCIL
ZONING CODE TEXT AMENDMENTS
AND SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE AMENDMENTS
Notice is hereby given that the Centerville City Planning Commission will hold several public hearings on Wednesday, August 27, 2008 beginning at 7:00 p.m. in the Centerville City Hall Council Chambers, 250 North Main Street, Centerville, Utah as follows:
(1) to consider text amendments to the Centerville Municipal Code, Title 15, Subdivision Ordinance, Sections 15-4-109, 15-5-110 and 15-7-105 and the Centerville Zoning Ordinance, Section 12-21-2-110(f) re: inspection of and security and warranty period for public improvements. The public hearing before the City Council on these same public improvement issues will be held at the same location on Tuesday, September 2, 2008 at approximately 7:30 p.m.
(2) to consider a text amendment to the Centerville Zoning Code, Title 12, Section 12-23-092, re: Civil Penalty Procedures; in particular, time frames for escalation of fines for code violations. The public hearing before the City Council re: this matter will be held at the same location on Tuesday, September 2, 2008 at approximately 7:45 p.m.
