Notice is hereby given that the Centerville City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 27, 2008, beginning at 7:00 p.m., or as soon as the matter may be heard, in the City Council Chambers at the Centerville City Hall Building, 250 North Main Street, Centerville, to consider a zoning map amendment (rezone) for property located on Lot 3, Centerville Corporate Park, 525 North 400 West from C-VH (commercial-very high) to PF-H (public facilities-high) for the proposed South Davis Performing Arts Center.
The Centerville City Council will hold a public hearing on this matter on Tuesday, September 2, 2008 at 7:20 p.m. More information about this proposed change contact Community Development at 292-8232.
