NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE CENTERVILLE CITY COUNCIL WILL HOLD  A SPECIAL PUBLIC MEETING AT 8:30 P.M. ON THURSDAY, OCTOBER 23, 2008 AT THE CENTERVILLE CITY COMMUNITY CENTER AND CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS, 250 NORTH MAIN STREET, CENTERVILLE, UTAH.  THE AGENDA IS SHOWN BELOW.
