Notice is hereby given that the Centerville City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 22, 2008, beginning at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, at the Centerville City Hall Building in the City Council Chambers, 250 North Main Street, Centerville, unless otherwise notified. The item to be considered is amending Lot 151 of the Pineae Village P.U.D., Condo Plat III, to include 5 buildings (12-plexes) and 1 building (6-plex), with a total of 66 units, located in the R-H(PD) Zone.
The City Council will hold a public hearing on this matter, at the same location, on Thursday, October 23, 2008, at 8:30 p.m.
