Notice is hereby given that the Centerville City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, February 11, 2009, beginning at 7:00 p.m., as or soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the City Council Chambers at the Centerville City Hall Building, 250 North Main Street, Centerville, to consider a conceptual subdivision/small subdivision waiver for the newly constructed office/warehouse buildings located at 60 & 80 North 1400 West in the I-H Zone.
