Notice is hereby given that the Centerville City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, February 11, 2009, beginning at 7:00 p.m., or as soon as the matter may be heard, in the City Council Chambers at the Centerville City Hall Building, 250 North Main Street, Centerville, to consider creating a definition for “Specialty Retail” in Section 12-12-040, and to amend Section 12-36, Table of Uses Allowed, to add “Specialty Retail” as a permitted use in the following commercial and industrial zones: C-M, C-H, C-VH, I-M & I-H.
