Notice is hereby given that the Centerville City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 13, 2009, beginning at 7:00 p.m., in the City Council Chambers at the Centerville City Hall Building, 250 North Main Street, Centerville, to consider a text amendment of the City’s Zoning Ordinance, Section 12-22-080, Nonconformities, changing how and when a new certificate of occupancy affects the nonconformity status.
