MINUTES REVIEW AND ACCEPTANCE

The minutes of the MBA meeting held June 17, 2008 were reviewed. Trustee Lindstrom made a motion to approve the minutes. The motion was seconded by Trustee Wright and passed by unanimous vote (5-0).

BUSINESS ITEMS

a. Presentation of FY 2010 MBA Proposed Budget

The MBA Board was provided with the FY 2010 MBA Proposed Budget for their review. 

b. Adoption of Proposed Budget as Tentative Budget and Set Public Hearing

Trustee Averett made a motion to adopt the Proposed Budget as the Tentative Budget and set the public hearing for June 2, 2009. The motion was seconded by Trustee Lindstrom and passed by unanimous vote (5-0).

At 9:12 p.m. the meeting was adjourned.
