MINUTES REVIEW AND ACCEPTANCE

The minutes of the MBA meeting held May 5, 2009 were reviewed. Trustee Wright made a motion to approve the minutes. The motion was seconded by Trustee Lindstrom and passed by unanimous vote (5-0).

BUSINESS ITEMS

a. Public Hearing on FY 2009-2010 MBA Tentative Budget

The MBA Proposed Budget was presented and adopted as the MBA Tentative Budget at the May 5, 2009 MBA meeting.

At 7:55 p.m. Mayor Russell opened the public hearing. Seeing no one wishing to comment, he closed the public hearing.

At 8:00 p.m. the meeting was adjourned.
