MINUTES REVIEW

The minutes of the May 19, 2009 RDA regular meeting were reviewed. Director Wright made a motion to approve the minutes. The motion was seconded by Director Lindstrom and passed by unanimous vote (6-0).

PUBLIC HEARING ON RDA FY 2009-2010 TENTATIVE BUDGET

At 7:47 p.m. Mayor Russell opened the public hearing. Seeing no one wishing to comment, he closed the public hearing.

DAVIS CULTURAL ARTS CENTER

a. Inspection and Testing Services Contract

The Council was provided with the proposals for specialized inspection and testing services for the Davis Cultural Arts Center. The Executive Director and Finance Director responded to questions from the RDA Board regarding the scope of work for the inspection and testing contract.

Director Wright made a motion to approve a contract for professional services with Intermountain Testing Services, Inc. for special inspections for the Davis Cultural Arts Center in an amount not to exceed $36,000. The motion was seconded by Director Lindstrom and passed by unanimous roll-call vote (6-0).

At 7:55 p.m. the meeting was adjourned.
