Steve Thacker, Executive Director, explained that additional funding is needed over the $25,000 the RDA Board already approved for the 400 West improvements. He provided the RDA Board with a list of other RDA projects that have come in under budget and he would like the RDA Board to approve an additional $15,000 out of this savings for the 400 West project.
Director Allen made a motion to authorize an additional $15,000 for the 400 West right-of-way improvements. The motion was seconded by Director Lindstrom and passed by unanimous roll-call vote (6-0).
