ON WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 28, 2009 AT THE CENTERVILLE CITY COMMUNITY CENTER AND CITY HALL CHAMBERS, 250 NORTH MAIN STREET, CENTERVILLE, UTAH. THE AGENDA IS SHOWN BELOW.
