Notice is hereby given that the Centerville City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, February 10, 2010, beginning at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the City Council Chambers, at the Centerville City Hall Building, 250 North Main Street, Centerville, to consider a conditional use permit for the In-N-Out Burger Restaurant to be located at approximately 475 North 700 West, for fast-food restaurant use; including a drive-through, in the C-VH Zone. (Final site plan application will also be reviewed at this meeting).

The public is cordially invited to attend this meeting and comment. Your input on this matter is very important. Anyone desiring further information about this proposal may call the Planning Department at 801-292-8232 during regular business hours.
