NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CENTERVILLE CITY
PLANNING AND ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENTS
The Centerville City Council will a hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 5, 2003 at 7:30 p.m. or as soon as the matter may be heard at the Centerville City Hall, 250 North Main Street, on proposed amendments to Section 12-330-3, Planned Unit Development (PUD), of the Centerville City Planning and Zoning Ordinances.
All interested persons are invited to attend this hearing and to comment on the proposed amendments. Copies of the proposed amendments are available for review by the general public at the Centerville City Hall during regular working hours Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. For further information about the proposed amendments, contact Adam Bowler, Planning Assistant at 292-8232.

TO THE PLANNING AND ZONING ORDINANCES AND
THE CENTERVILLE CITY MUNICIPAL CODE
The Centerville City Council will a hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 5, 2003 at 7:40 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, at the Centerville Community Center and City Hall Building, 250 North Main Street, to consider amendments to the Centerville City Planning and Zoning Ordinances, Section 12-310-1(8), Notice of Public Hearings, Section 12-350-2(2)(B), Conditional Use Permit Noticing, and Section 15-2-104, Subdivisions Public Noticing, of Title 15 of the Centerville Municipal Code.
All interested persons are invited to attend this hearing to comment on these proposed changes to the Centerville City Planning and Zoning Ordinances and the Municipal Codes. A copy of the draft changes will be available at the Centerville City Hall, 250 North Main Street. The Centerville Planning Commission will a hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 13, 2003 at 8:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, at the Centerville Community Center and City Hall Building, 250 North Main Street, to consider amendments to the Centerville Municipal Code, Section 15-2-104 and 105, Subdivisions Public Noticing, and enacting Section 15-1-113, Public Hearings and Comment.
All interested persons are invited to attend this hearing to comment on these proposed changes to the Centerville the Municipal Code. A copy of the draft changes will be available at Centerville City Hall, 250 North Main Street.
