CENTERVILLE CITY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
GENERAL PLAN & PLANNING AND ZONING CODE AMENDMENT
The Centerville City Council will a hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 19, 2003 at 7:40 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, at the Centerville Community Center and City Hall Building, 250 North Main Street, to consider changes to the Centerville City General Plan regarding Section 12-480-3, Neighborhood 2, Southwest Centerville and the Village Center Strategic Development Master Plan. A public hearing will also be held at 7:50 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, to consider changes to the Planning and Zoning Ordinance regarding Sections 12-350-1, Site Plan and 12-340-9, Landscaping.
All interested persons are invited to attend this hearing to comment on these proposed changes to the Centerville City General Plan. A copy of the draft changes will be available at the Centerville City Hall, 250 North Main Street.
