Tuesday December 16, was the last meeting for three Council members; David Gill, Brian Gold, Nancy Smith.

The Mayor presented the three outgoing Council Members with plaques thanking them for thier service to the community at the December 16, 2003 Council meeting.  Each expressed thier gratitude to serve.  The Mayor and City staff  would like to wish all of them well.  Thier terms will officially end on January 6, 2004.
