Notice is hereby given that the Centerville City Council will hold a public hearing for the purpose of soliciting public comment on a petition submitted by Robert and Cindi Holmes and Paul and Joan Holmes to amend the Walton Lane Townhomes Condominium project located at approximately 85 West Walton Lane, Centerville, Utah.

Anyone objecting to the proposed plat change may file a written objection to the change within ten days of the date of this notice. Please submit written objections by February 22, 2004 to Aric Jensen, Community Development Director, 655 North 1250 West, Centerville, Utah.

The hearing will be held Tuesday, March 24, 2004 at 7:40 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, before the Centerville City Council in the Council Chambers of the Centerville City Hall, 250 North Main, Centerville, Utah. Any interested parties are invited to attend and make their views known regarding this request.
