Notice is hereby given that the Centerville City Planning Commission will accept Public Comment on Wednesday, March 24, 2004, at 7:05 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, at the Centerville City Hall Building in the City Council Chambers, 250 North Main Street, Centerville, in consideration of a conditional use permit, conceptual subdivision and a conceptual site plan for a Wal-Mart Shopping Center, which consists of 4 lots on 22.54 acres of land located at 400 West Parrish Lane in the C-VH Zone.
