NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a public hearing to be held in the City Council Chambers of the Centerville Community Center and City Hall Building, 250 North Main, Centerville, Utah, on October 19, 2004 at 7:20 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, before the City Council of Centerville City pertaining to the request to amend the zoning map of Centerville by reclassifying property from A-L (Agricultural-Low) to R-L (Residential-Low) as requested under an application dated June 16, 2004 pertaining to property located at approximately 2275 Parks Hills Drive, which is more particularly described as follows in Centerville City, Davis County, Utah:

Beginning at a point which lies N 0°41'40" W 529.53 feet along the section line and S 89°38'15" W 1,650.00 feet and S 0°19'35" W 83.39 feet and S 89°38'15" W 525.47 feet from the East Quarter Corner of Section 31, Township 3 North, Range 1 East, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, and running thence S 00°19'45" W 72.30 feet; thence S 89°33'50" E 1.00 feet; thence S 00°19'45" W 211.49 feet to a point on a 260.43 foot radius curve to the left; thence along the arc of said curve 47.94 feet through an included angle of 10°32'46"; thence S 72°38'21" W 128.28 feet; thence W 19.77 feet; thence N 00°17'36" E 368.91 feet; thence N 89°38'17" E 136.82 feet to the point of beginning.

Property contains 1.118 acres of 48,684 square feet, more or less.
