Resident / Non-Resident Family $395 + tax / $450 + tax (1 or 2 adults and up to 5 children) that can be claimed as dependents as per IRS standards; addt’l family members $25/each) Couple $325 + tax / $375 + tax Adult Single$245 + tax / $300 + tax (18 & up ) Senior Single $175 + tax / $225 + tax (60 & up) Senior Couple $235 + tax / $275 + tax (Only one person - Must be 60 to obtain this Membership) Youth (4-11) $140 + tax / $175 + tax Student (12-17)$175 + tax / $225 + tax Resident: A resident is anyone residing in Centerville, Bountiful, West Bountiful, Woods Cross or North Salt Lake. Non-Resident: A non -resident is anyone residing in any other city than listed above. Proof of current address is required. In order to purchase these memberships, they must be paid in full. Membership will become active when the new facility opens. There will be a special open house for Charter Members when the facility opens, membership cards can be picked up at that time.
