MINUTES REVIEW AND ACCEPTANCE

The minutes of the June 19, 2004 MBA meeting were reviewed. Vice President Randall made a motion to approve the minutes. The motion was seconded by Trustee Gutke and passed by unanimous vote (5-0).

MBA FY 2005-06 TENTATIVE BUDGET

At 8:11 p.m. President Deamer opened the public hearing for comment on the FY 2005-06 Tentative Budget. Seeing no one wishing to comment, President Deamer closed the public hearing.

At 8:11 p.m. the meeting was adjourned.
