Minutes of the Municipal Building Authority of Centerville City meeting held Tuesday, May 2, 2006 at 8:45 p.m. in the Centerville City Council Chambers, 250 North Main Street, Centerville, Utah.

MINUTES REVIEW AND ACCEPTANCE              

The minutes of the June 21, 2005 MBA meeting were reviewed and amended.  Trustee Gutke made a motion to approve the minutes as amended.  The motion was seconded by Trustee Cutler and passed by unanimous vote (5-0).              

SELECTION OF MBA VICE PRESIDENT              

Trustee Allen made a motion to elect Jack Dellastatious as the MBA Vice President.  The motion was seconded by Trustee Cutler and passed by unanimous roll-call vote (5-0).              

PRESENTATION OF MBA FY 2006-07 PROPOSED BUDGET – CONSIDER ADOPTION OF MBA TENTATIVE BUDGET AND SET DATE FOR PUBLIC HEARING              

The MBA Board reviewed the Proposed Budget for MBA FY 2006-07.  Blaine Lutz, Finance director reviewed the budget with the MBA Board and responded to questions from the group.              

Trustee Cutler made a motion to adopt the MBA FY 2006-07 Proposed Budget as the Tentative Budget and to set a public hearing for input on this matter on June 6, 2006.  The motion was seconded by Trustee Allen and passed by unanimous roll-call vote (5-0).              

At 8:50 p.m. the meeting was adjourned.
