Minutes of the Municipal Building Authority of Centerville City meeting held Tuesday, June 20, 2006 at 8:50 p.m. in the Centerville City Council Chambers, 250 North Main Street, Centerville, Utah.

MINUTES REVIEW AND ACCEPTANCE

The minutes of the June 6, 2006 MBA meeting were reviewed.  Trustee Cutler made a motion to approve the minutes.  The motion was seconded by Trustee Allen and passed by unanimous vote (5-0).

MBA FY 2006-2007 TENTATIVE BUDGET – MBA RESOLUTION No. 2006-01

Trustee Gutke made a motion to approve MBA Resolution No. 2006-01 adopting the Fiscal Year 2006-2007 Budget for the Municipal Building Authority of Centerville City effective July 1, 2006.  The motion was seconded by Trustee Allen and passed by unanimous roll-call vote (5-0).

 At 8:52 p.m. Vice President Dellastatious made a motion to adjourn the meeting.  The motion was seconded by Trustee Allen and passed by unanimous vote (5-0).
