NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE CENTERVILLE CITY COUNCIL WILL HOLD  A SPECIAL MEETING AT 7:00 P.M. ON TUESDAY, APRIL 29, 2008 AT THE CENTERVILLE CITY COMMUNITY CENTER AND CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS, 250 NORTH MAIN STREET, CENTERVILLE, UTAH.  THE AGENDA IS SHOWN BELOW.

          1. Utah Telecommunications Open Infrastructure Agency (UTOPIA)

               a. Receive follow up information regarding UTOPIA matters and proposed refinancing and pledge agreement; address and respond to City Council questions regarding related matters.

               b. Public hearing to receive further input from the public with respect to:  (1) a proposed pledge of certain of the City's sales and use tax revenues; and (2) any potential economic impact that the improvements, facilities or property financed in whole or in part with the proceeds of the Utah Telecommunications Open Infrastructure Agency ("UTOPIA") Bonds may have on the private sector.
 
                c. Consider Resolution No. 2008-12, authorizing and approving a pledge of City's sales tax revenues; authorizing the execution of an amended and restated pledge and loan agreement; and related matters.
