MINUTES REVIEW AND ACCEPTANCE

The minutes of the June 19, 2007 MBA meeting were reviewed.  Trustee Allen made a motion to approve the minutes.  The motion was seconded by Trustee Lindstrom and passed by unanimous vote (5-0).

MBA FY 2008-2009 TENTATIVE BUDGET & WORK SESSION

Blaine Lutz, Finance Director reviewed the Proposed FY 2008-2009 Budget for the Municipal Building Authority (MBA) with the MBA Board and responded to questions and comments. 

Trustee Wright made a motion to adopt the Proposed FY 2008-2009 as the Tentative Budget for the Municipal Building Authority and set June 3, 2008 for the public hearing.  The motion was seconded by President Russell and passed by unanimous roll-call vote (5-0).
