Notice is hereby given that the Centerville City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 10, 2008, beginning at 7:00 p.m., or as soon as the matter may be heard, in the City Council Chambers, 250 North Main, Centerville, Utah, to consider a conceptual site plan and conditional use permit for a UTOPIA Utility Substation (pre-FAB building) located in the rear yard of the Parks Building, 725 North 1350 West.
