NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
ZONING MAP AMENDMENT
(REZONE OF PROPERTIES)
Notice is hereby given that the Centerville City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, July 8, 2009, beginning at 7:00 p.m., or as soon as the matter may be heard, in the City Council Chambers at the Centerville City Hall Building, 250 North Main Street, Centerville, to consider zoning map amendments for properties located in the Shorelands Commerce Park District area of the West Centerville Neighborhood Plan. Such properties are currently zoned I-H (industrial-high) and I-M (industrial-medium) and are to be rezoned to the recently approved Shorelands Commerce Park (SCP) District Zoning.
The Centerville City Council will hold a public hearing on this matter on Tuesday, July 21, 2009 at 7:20 p.m.
