City Council Public Hearing Notice for September 2, 2003 Date: Monday, August 18 @ 05:06:50 Topic City Council NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CENTERVILLE CITY COUNCIL PLANNING AND ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENTS The Centerville City Council will a hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 2, 2003 at 8:00 p.m. at the Centerville Community Center and City Hall Building, 250 North Main Street, on proposed text amendments to the Planning and Zoning Ordinances of Centerville City, Section 12-320-5, R-3 Zone, Density Analysis, to reduce density allowance to a maximum of 12 units per acre. All interested persons are invited to attend this hearing and to comment on the proposed amendments.
