Government Records Law

state_sealThe Government Records Access and Management Act (GRAMA), went into effect in 1992. It sets forth guidelines for classifying information in government records based upon who has the right to access that information. The law also identifies the records management responsibilities of agencies, and the duties of State Archives and the State Records Committee. See also UCA 46-4-101 et seq.

Centerville city is also bound by GRAMA.  If you request records requested from the City you must complete a records request.  A copy is attached inPDF.  This form must be given to the Recorder's Office: click here
