“Serving on the City Council the last 4 years has been a great experience for me.  I have appreciated the opportunity to serve with Councilman Dave Gutke & Councilman Jack Dellastatious and want to thank them for their many hours of dedicated service.

I am proud of some of the great things the City has been able to accomplish the past 4 years including:
• Improvements to Founders Park, Porter Walton Park, Freedom Hills Park, and the purchase of land for the Community Park expansion
• Online bill payment and other technology improvements
• Establishment of the new South Davis Recreation District, Consolidated Fire District and Centerville Branch of the Davis County Library
• Creation of the Museum board and Trails Committee
• Improvements to the I-15 overpass & planned Legacy improvements
• Maintaining sound City finances with no property tax increases (City portion) and a reduction in Garbage fees

The last 4 years have also had their share of challenges, such as Wal-Mart, Holly Pipeline, high density housing, Legacy Highway issues, and UTOPIA delays.

I recognize the trust and responsibility that the taxpayers and citizens of Centerville have placed in the City Council to represent them and oversee the use of taxpayer funds.  I value that trust and I strive to be prepared for meetings and to treat all individuals with respect.

Centerville is a great place to live, a great place to raise a family, and a great place to do business.  I want to continue to do my part to ensure that now, and in the future, our children will have that same safe, supportive community environment.”
