Starting February 9th -

To Register On-Line, Go to www.xpressrec.com   

 • Step 1: Click on Baseball

 • Step 2: Select League and age

                 Note: Birth Certificates will be required at City Hall

 • Starting February 10th  Forms, Fees and Birth Certificates will be received at City Hall  250 N. Main - Centerville, UT
